FAQ

Orders are processed and shipped between 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday). A large number of our products are handmade to order.  This process requires time.  During extremely warm weather extra precaution is needed to protect the candy from melting. This can include a delay until temperatures cool.

Exceptions apply: During the Holiday Season orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship, please order accordingly. 

Orders may be canceled at any time UNLESS it has already been shipped. We do not provide refunds.  Defective products may be returned and exchanged. Please email littlechocolates916@gmail.com to cancel an order.

All of our products are produced in a facility with and may contain eggs, wheat, milk, soy, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, and/or fragments of other tree nuts. We work extensively to clean and avoid any cross contamination but there is always some chance.

To maintain freshness, store your chocolates in a cool dry place. Avoid placing with strong odors.

 Shipping is a $15.00 flat rate which covers an insulted enveloped, with ice packs that last 48 hours.  All orders are sent out with USPS 2- Day Priority shipping. We have found this often ensures a safe arrival but delays in shipping or other complications out of our control can cause issues.
