How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped between 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday). A large number of our products are handmade to order.  This process requires time.  The arrival date depends on the selected method of shipping. During extremely warm weather extra precaution is needed to protect the candy from melting.

Exceptions apply: During the Holiday Season orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship, please order accordingly. 


May I cancel my order?  What about refunds?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement UNLESS it has already been shipped. We do not provide refunds.  Defective products may be returned and exchanged. Please email littlechocolates916@gmail.com to cancel an order.

I have common food allergies. Should I be concerned?

Yes! All of our products are produced in a facility with and may contain eggs, wheat, milk, soy, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, and/or fragments of other tree nuts either by design or through cross contamination. 

How should I store my chocolates?

To maintain freshness, store your chocolates in a cool dry place.

How much does shipping cost and can it be shipped shipped during the summer?

 Shipping cost is a $15.00 flat rate which covers an insulted enveloped, with ice packs that last 48 hours.  All orders are sent out with USPS 2- Day Priority shipping.
